By accessing or using Worksito (“Service”) you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Worksito provides job scheduling, quoting, invoicing and related features for trade businesses via web and mobile applications.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information and keep your account credentials secure.

4. Payment & Renewal

Subscriptions renew automatically each month unless cancelled prior to renewal.

5. Cancellation

You may cancel at any time from your billing settings. No refunds are provided for partial periods.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including attempts to gain unauthorized access or transmit malicious code.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Worksito shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada.
